The winners of NYSNLA's 2019 Environmental Beautification Awards came from four different NYSNLA regions demonstrating exemplary work.

Hicks Nurseries has a long, storied tradition that has shaped the landscapes of Long Island. At the turn of the century, they invented and patented the equipment for moving big trees that were desired by Long Island’s new estate owners of that time.
